At Shahi Fabrics, your satisfaction matters. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and refund requests within 14 days of delivery.
🔁 Return Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Only unstitched fabrics are eligible for return or refund.
(Stitched, cut, or altered items are non-returnable.)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Fabric that has been stitched, cut, or altered after purchase.

Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
💰 Refund Options

Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the return.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed digitally — no cash refunds are offered.
🔄 Exchanges

We offer product exchanges in case of wrong item, color, or defect (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
📦 Return Process

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, product image, and reason.

Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions.

After we receive and verify the returned product, we’ll issue your refund.
🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong/damaged item), we bear the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
